Hospitality: Customer and Community Service, a Regenerative Approach

Success is often talked about, but its significance is often underestimated.

We believe that to be truly successful you have to be in balance with all aspects of life and being of service is an important part of that balance. This includes having all aspects of your life synch together.

In this presentation, originally created for the Swiss Education Group by our co-founder Maribel Esparcia Pérez, we analyze services in the tourism industry from the first steps towards a regenerative approach that includes above all the negative impacts that occur on an environmental and social level. 

We learn more about our services for communities, adapting to lifestyles, and more, including employees and customers.
