ETHICAL PRINCIPLES
Contribute to society and Human well-being
This principle concerns people's quality of life, affirms an obligation for ESHClub professionals to use their skills for the benefit of society, its members, and the environment.
ESHClub team members, as well as business stakeholders, should promote sustainability and regenerative practices locally and globally.
Be honest
Honesty is an essential component of trustworthiness.
Avoid harm
Examples of harm include physical or mental injury, destruction or disclosure of information, and damage to property, reputation, and the environment.
Be fair and take action not to discriminate.
Respect the work required to produce new ideas, inventions, creative works. Developing new ideas, inventions, creative works, and ESHClub education programs create value for society, and those who expend this effort should expect to gain value from their work.
Respect Privacy
The ESHClub team should understand the rights and responsibilities associated with the collection and use of corporate information.
Confidentiality
ESHClub professionals should protect confidentiality except in cases where it is evidence of a violation of law, company regulations, or the Code.
