Join the European Sustainable Hospitality Club and become a part of a community committed to promoting sustainability in the hospitality industry. We offer three membership options to suit your needs, including Basic, Superior, and Premium.

Basic Membership

The Basic Membership level of the ESHClub offers a range of features to help businesses implement sustainable practices:
 

  1. Knowledge Hub: Members will have access to a wide range of strategic and operational documents that can help them implement sustainable practices in their business. These documents include best practices, case studies, and templates.
     

  2. Sustainable Suppliers Marketplace: Members will have access to a marketplace of sustainable suppliers, making it easier for them to source sustainable products and services for their business.
     

  3. Online Training and Education: Members will have access to a library of online training courses and certification programs that are designed to build sustainability capacity across all levels of their organization. These courses cover topics such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.

Superior Membership

The Superior Membership includes all the features of the Reduced Membership, with additional benefits:
 

  1. Monthly Advisory Call: Members will have the opportunity to schedule a monthly call with one of our sustainability experts to discuss their business's progress and address any challenges they may be facing. These calls are personalized to the member's needs and goals.
     

  2. Service & Significance Program: Members will have the opportunity to participate in our Service & Significance Program, which connects them with local organizations and initiatives focused on sustainability and community development. This program allows members to give back to their local community while also improving their business's sustainability performance.

Premium Membership

The Premium Membership includes all the benefits of the Standard Membership, plus additional features to help members take their sustainability efforts to the next level:
 

  1. Yearly Session of Bespoke Onsite Training: Members will receive a yearly onsite training session that is tailored to their business's specific needs and goals. Our sustainability experts will work with the member to identify areas where they can improve their sustainability performance and provide customized training.
     

  2. Call Assistance: Members will have access to call assistance, meaning they can contact our sustainability experts for guidance and support whenever they need it. This service is available during business hours and is designed to help members address any challenges they may be facing in real-time.

What does the ESHClub offer to hospitality professionals?

The ESHClub offers education and training for hospitality professionals on sustainability issues. Our platform contains strategic documentation that helps employees reach their sustainability goals. Best practices handbooks are provided to our members based on the type of establishment they manage. We cover environmental issues such as resource management and tech solutions, social issues such as employee well-being and community engagement, and governance such as non-financial reporting support.

How can sustainable providers partner with the ESHClub?

The ESHClub is always looking for new innovative and sustainable providers for our hotel members. If your company manufactures or trades with sustainable products and/or services, we would love to get to know you and tell you more about the possibilities of becoming an ESHClub trusted partner.

What are the requirements to be a member of the ESHClub?

To be a member of the ESHClub, a company must be a hospitality business such as accommodation services, restaurant groups, asset management companies, or hotel management companies. Management (owners) must also be willing and committed to transforming their company to be a force for good.

What is included in the monthly advisory call?

The monthly advisory call is included in the Superior and Premium memberships. In the course of one hour, we discuss your goals, any current sustainability activities, biggest growth opportunities, and strategies that can help accelerate your impact. You’ll also get key insights to create effective management systems.

Does the ESHClub provide onsite training?

Yes, we do provide onsite and online training for hospitality industry companies even if they are not members. HR and L&D professionals plan onsite training according to employee availability. Courses include c-suite, mid-level executives, and entry-level modules.

What are the benefits of becoming a sustainable business?

Becoming a sustainable business reduces staff rotation costs, as well as operating, resources, and materials costs. Sustainability measures such as energy efficiency and repurposing/upcycling also help optimize resources. Sustainable businesses also see an increase in asset value and market share over time. Additionally, it improves the reputation and perceived image of the brand.
